Return Policy

Comfort's Best offers a 30 day "koalaty" guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return it*. There are some exceptions detailed below. Please note that any exception to our return policy is for the health and safety of our customers.

TO RETURN:

 At Comforts Best we sell a wide variety of products from selected manufacturers that keep you comfortable.  Each of our manufacturing partners has different procedures for returns. To avoid any delay in receiving your refund, please review the details below.

For the health and safety of our customers, opened items are generally not returnable however, each case will be taken on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Purely Comfort LLC.

- Call or E-mail us at care@comfortsbest.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). 
IF the return is approved
- We will send return instructions and RA Paperwork via first-class mail within 10 working days.=
- Customer must sanitize the product before returning
- Customer bears the cost of return shipping and 50% restocking fee .
- Please use the original packaging and ensure that any retail box and accessories are included. Items missing from the return will void the RA and the item will be shipped back to you.
- Mattress Parts and replacement pumps are not returnable
- Custom products are not returnable
